Fee Arrangements

Staubus, Blankenship, Legere and Walker PLLC offers traditional hourly attorney’s fee arrangements, and it accepts payments by Mastercard or Visa. In addition, the firm offers flexible fee arrangements in appropriate circumstances where it is possible that the fees can be collected directly from the estate, guardianship, or trust at the conclusion of the proceeding, as well as contingent fee arrangements where the circumstances of the case warrant.

We can also handle routine matters, such as estate administration, probating wills, heirship determinations, and other probate court matters.
